Student Travel Award

The organizing committee of IEEE PIICON-2026 is soliciting nominations for the IEEE PIICON 2026
Student Travel Award.

• The students are required to submit ONE PDF that includes the following, in order:
  1. Cover Letter mentioning the need for the travel support.
  2. Letter on the institute/college/university letterhead endorsed by the head of the Department/Dean/Supervisor with stamp endorsing your student status.
  3. CV (2-page max).
  4. PDF(s) of the final paper(s).

Award presentation:

At the “Valedictory and Awards ceremony”.

The student must attend in-person and present the paper in-person to qualify for receiving the award. Awards will be granted based on the quality of the work, the merit of the students, the need for the award, and the distance travelled by the candidate.
